In certain instances you may be eligible for a refund if desired. To request a refund please follow the steps below:

2. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, send a request to our support email address. You must include your PayPal transaction/receipt number and both the name and email address used for registration.

3. If your purchase was made through the Kagi store, rather than our online store, you must request a refund directly from Kagi using their online form.
